Fit.

I know we all start off the year with great intentions to lose x amount of pounds and brand a new lifestyle for ourselves.

I am one of those people.

But rather than putting a number to it (because it does not define us), I'm choosing to eat healthy instead.
Which is a huge challenge for me because I happen to love all foods unhealthy.

So instead of gorging in the deliciousness of fatty sweet foods, I will eat vicariously through my wishful thinking...




Thankfully, the tea one I can really manage.
