My favorite Korean dish EVER.
First, you put your favorite veggies in a stone pot.
(Radish, spicy bean sprouts, greens, and kimchi)
Add rice and sesame seed oil.
Then you let it all simmer.
Close the lid and until the rice gets a little crispy.
In the meantime, you must fry an egg to join in the stone pot fun.
Add a plop of spicy chili sauce and then MIX!
Normally, people put meat in this dish.
But I prefer to just have veggies.
When you play the "if you had to live off of one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be?" game...
